Verizon doesn't care

It's really sad that Verizon doesn't care about long time customers. My bill went up almost 40 dollars and I called to see if I could get it back down and they said no!! I was floored on how quick they said sorry nothing we can do. They are totally fine with losing me as a customer instead of helping me reduce my bill.
