Verizon not sending Return Kit and about to charge me $300

I have tried the Verizon 5G Home internet router but it is not working in my house. It's an internet box that supposedly connects to their 5G towers with no cable at all besides power. A good alternative to Fios if you’re not in Fios coverage area.
So I called Verizon to cancel the service and they said that I should return the equipment within 30 days or face a $300 non-return fee.
The thing is that I asked them multiple times to send me that return kit, they never did. For some reasons they are unable to produce a return label...
At this point I am about to get charge $300 for not returning the equipment. I have called them at least 10 times. What are my options?
