Verizon sells me 75/75 internet and then 3 days later sells 100/100 for the same price....

I set up services in July and so did a colleague of mine at work. He did it later in the month than I did. He was offered 100/100 for the same price I was offered 75/75 for. When I called, not only would Verizon not change it, they basically said I was lying. They said I could upgrade for 10 more a month. Of course they did!!
Why does Verizon think people do not talk? Why do they make things as difficult as possible?

Samething just happened to me. Agents pretended to have no idea. Call after call. Even posted on here and they have not been helpful.
