Since fall 2017 Verizon has been in my yard numerous times trimming my birch tree that is near the verizon pole connection...
The issue is that they have never cleaned up these rather large branches .
I would like these branches to be cleaned up from my yard asap

I don’t think you get that they are your branches and not Verizon’s.
they trim the tree before your birch tree causes a system outage in which case they would be bringing action against you.
they trim you pick up seems fair.
in my neighborhood when they trimmed our tree they also left the menucia on the ground (lawn) we just picked it up and placed it out for disposal. Finally we just had the tree taken down, now problem solved.
