I was offered 2 $100 Visa Gift Cards when I signed up with Verizon.
I have noticed 1 has posted to redeem but I cannot redeem it, when you click the redeem now button, it times out or errors out and it is only 1 $100 gift card offer - I was offered
2 $100 Visa Gift cards. I have been trying to reach the reward phone number for 2 weeks, which
was down. Now the number is back up and you still cannot get through. I was on hold at one point for 3 hours.
How are you supposed to redeem these cards??!!! Extremely frustrating.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
