After several unsuccessful/unresponsive attempts to use your self-service whitelisting form I am posting this message to the forums in the hopes that it will result in action which will allow my customers to send email to your subscribers.
My name is {edited for privacy} and I am the Network Director for the web Hosting company servicing {edited for privacy}, who owns the email address {edited for privacy} mentioned in the email below. The whitelist rejection response below was brought to my attention and the filtering blocking in place by on your system is impacting this customers' ability to send email to other customers on your network. I assure you that {edited for privacy} and also a later noted {edited for privacy} are not dynamically allocated addresses. They are static addressed under lease from our colocation provider New Continuum Data Centers of West Chicago, Illinois. I believe your IP tables may not be up to date with the current records of ownership for these IP allocations.
Please feel free to verify this information either with the links below or by contacting them directly

In relation to the potential for spam coming from these addresses I have already researched the matter on both IP addresses and find no credible examples of SPAM on either address. Any mail coming from this server is from verified posters who have requested inclusion in person to person or list subscription services of our hosted sites. If you have any reason to think otherwise I would request a date or example of the occurrence so that if there is a problem it can be remedied, but at this time neither our own, nor our 3rd party monitoring sites detect problems with these specific IP addresses.
I appreciate your prompt attention and response to this matter.

After investigation, Verizon Online Security has determined that e-mail from
your IP address will not be allowed access to the Verizon Online e-mail
domain due to one or more of the following reasons:
Your IP has been blocked because of spam issues or because your ISP
indicates that it is dynamically assigned
Once you have addressed any security-related issues on your network, you
should contact Verizon Online Security via this form. At that time, we will
work with you to restore normal e-mail traffic or to take other action as we
deem appropriate.
Sincerely,
Verizon Online Security

Hi ChrisWollesen,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
