amazon prime and echo link not working

I am having the same issue with the redeem amazon prime and echo link not working or doing anything other than bringing me to my verizon account page.
Update. i am on hold, 2hr and 31min have elapsed i first talked to rewards department, then promotions, and then i spoke with a support member off the online support chat from the MY VERIZON website but Mike said it was most likely a broken link and that i would need to contact the support line. No one is able to help with broken link, hopefully its fixed soon. in the meantime i will remain on hold and update if i get a solution.
Update. I spoke with Payton on the Verizon web page and his suggestion was to clear browser history and cookies and then try the link again. i tried it and it did not work at all, i even tried it under an incognito tab but maybe someone else will have better luck.

After speaking with multiple Agents i am currently on hold but i will update again when im done.
Update. I got a representative after about 27 min, they had to transfer me multiple times ended up in business some how and they re.re.re. transfered me to customer service where my account was looked over. i was told the account says delivered but i made it clear that it was not. they were understanding and was able to see i did not receive the promo. unfortunately i will have to wait a week for my case to be routed up the chain because the representative i was speaking to was unable to help at her level.
over all i started this task 6 hours ago but hopefully anyone else having this problem can get through it much faster.
