have been waiting to talk to a live voice (agent) today 7.5.18 for 144 min. this is terrible cust/service, worst have every experienced. this is certainly NOT worth a JD Power award, what a joke
is there anyway to block unwanted in-coming emails, similar as they have a setup for blocking unwanted incoming calls ?
