I cannot acces my email on my Ipad or remote computer. I trioed changing my password and it will acept it and then tell me to sign in again. It also will accept my old password and then tell me to sign inagain. very very frustrating. before i switched my password I could not send any emails out from my IPad....Customer service over the phone and internet has been useless...

Same problem here. Tried logging out, logging back in, no change. Tried changing password, no change. But I can sign on email from my phone and it will work.
And yes, calling Verizon on phone is a waste of time at best.
