copy photo into email

I want to copy photos from "Pictures" into an outbound email. Recipient cannot open attachments, so wants to see image in body of email.

Unless Verizon has changed in the last month I can tell you that they have dug in their heels and WILL NOT let subscribers paste photos into their eMails (As many others do).  No reason will be given.

Photos MUST be sent as attachments.  Be sure to download attachments first before any lengthy verbage is written since photo downloads take considerable time and you will probably get "Timed Out" before finishing.
