How do i delete all email messages at once

Lots of ways.  One easy way is to change the number of posts displayed to no limit and then go to your inbox and hit the select all at top of list.  Finally select delete.  Note if you don't want them to hang around for a few days in your "trash folder" select empty for that folder.
