domain e mail password reset

have being using a domain e mail for 5 years as of yesterday I can no longer login under this e mail. What has changed. it was working on tablet and cell phone but when I did a password reset on desktop they are not working. How do you do a password reset if you can not get to the email

thanks for the reply. I have and I need to add that I have resdidential service purchased 1 year ago that verizon assigned me an e mail that I do not use and when I try as you suggested it keeps refering to that account and not the domain e mail that I have being using for the past 5 years. I can not get my version to acknowledge that I am using a domain e mail that I paid for when I did not have verzion service. I have since returned to verizon a year ago and this domain e mail has worked for the past year until Friday July 3 2015
