I have a local Verizon telephone number terminating at one of my rental properties. I also have verizon internet service at this address. I want o cancel the internet service but keep the local land line. I also want to keep my Verizon email address. So I can access my email from any location. Is this possible to do?

Cancelling internet and keeping the phone is definitely possible. You'll need to contact Verizon for that, though. Options on their Contact Us page.
The email address is a bit more complicated. You will need to either transfer it to another, active Verizon Internet account (if you have one at your home, for example), or sign up for Verizon Your Domain and link it to the email address(es) you want to keep before you cancel the internet service.
