Over the past several months the Verizon Wifi and landline phone service at my home have gone out over and over and over again. Way too many hours on the phone. Five or more tech visits (I've lost count). The fix never lasts. Last nigh about 10:30 pm it all went out again.
I am so mad, so frustrated and just want the service I pay for every month.

Did any of the technicians say what they did to restore services? 🤔

Yes, but each time was a new story. Or, new equipment.
