Can't redeem any gift cards on my account, feels like a deceptive promo. No help from Verzion chat and saw 100 locked topics in the forums so I'm not the only one. Seems like they're making it hard as they can to redeem these things so they don't have to pay up. Spoke to support and said it would be escalated, have not received any correspondence afterwards. I would imagine that I will get a response saying it's been escalated again.

This is unacceptable....


I am getting this error for the Fios $200 gift card and the $50 Xbox gift card.
