webmail: error 3002?

I'm seeing, "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. (error : 3002)" This has been on-and-off for the past couple days. Anyone else?

yes. just noticed today. need to get into my business emails and can't. Verizon is the worst. looking on line now for new carrier.

I was having trouble in Firefox. As that is what I use pretty much exclusively, I guessed the problem was at the other end. On further testing it turned out that I could log in using chrome and IE. It looks as though the problem may have been with some changes I made to cookies. On the other hand, it may have been an intermittent problem with nothing to do with the changes I made. Anyway, it is working again.
