Can anyone help me? I am a former GTE customer in Pennsylvania. Verizon cant seem to find my address that I previously had service when it was GTE. I do know tha phone service and dsl is available, but they cant locate the address! I have tried calling,chatting, and on line and nothing works! Please help!!! Is there any other info I can provide them such as numbers on pole or gps coordinates. Funny thing is, I go on verizon wireless and have no problem locating my address!!
