How come sometimes when i log in to your site, in the area where you click inbox to go to your inbox, it shows Missed calls and other times it shows the inbox link. Why do you keep changing this??? Keep it with the inbox link. WHy does it change? Please fix it.
maybe it only shows the link to missed calls if there are actually missed calls? i would gladly trade w you, as i have been without the "my verizon" functionality since oct. 12, i cannot even get to the page that you describe....clicking on the missed calls link takes you to the fios digital voice account manager website.....which i also can no longer access since oct 12, but am still expected to pay for every month.
