Hi, I recently bought a Pixel 6 and traded in my old Pixel 4XL phone. I accidently sent the phone with my Indian SIM card. Is there a way to get it back? I can go to Fortworth location in person if needed. Will they help?
Oh, no! Sorry to learn your SIM card was still in the phone, draga3d! We know how important that is to have! We do not have a way to get that back to you though. I truly apologize! I'm sure if you contact the Indian carrier they will be able to report it lost to ensure the service is canceled or suspended until you can get a new SIM card from them. -Nikki
