How do I access my rewards on the My Verizon website without using the My Verizon app?

I'm not sure that you can. Everything about Rewards / Verizon Up on the website directs you to the mobile app.

What happens when you open the My Verizon app > then tap the Verizon Up tab at the bottom? Are you receiving errors, that section doesn't open? Providing a few more details might help folks offer assistance.
