I've tried rebooting and safe mode. What else can I do? It just stopped working. I barely got this phone 3 days ago...
I'm having this same problem. I'm about to return my third phone for this very thing.
That indicates a problem with the earpiece/speaker. Since it is only 3 days from the purchase date, this is a good thing (there is a 14 day return period) and you just need to take it back to where you purchased it to do an exchange due to defective equipment.
If this was ordered online or over the phone and mailed to you, call in so that a replacement can be ordered as you have a 14 day Worry Free Guarantee regardless of where it was purchased....
