Phone does not function on ear speaker, only on speaker phone.
Hi Da Tholen, I know I would never want to be stuck on speakerphone all the time while on calls. Let's jump right into working toward a resolution. Please provide in detail what happens when you try to use the phone on the earpiece. Are you connected to any Bluetooth devices? When did this issue start happening?

I found a solution to my problem. Went to the phone app, settings,
accessibility, hearing aids, and turned off hearing aid compatibility.
Fixed the problem.
