SUPER frustrating. I've been trying to contact Financial Services for over an hour, tried to use the chat on the website AND chatted on FB. Apparently I can only call financial services, but they don't have live agents available. How do I speak with someone?

Literally having this same issue. Trying to call the number you specified and getting this same "At this time live agents are unavailable to handle my call" message. I'm about to leave Verizon for another provider over this its absolute garbage that nobody is available at Noon (12pm) on a Monday to assist with my service... The automated nor the site can help with my needs as the options do not exist there.

Been at it for over an hour now on a Monday morning. I find it ridiculous I pay Soo much for one line for spotty service, and when I as a single parent try to connect and communicate to continue being a customer I am basically chasing real people to have a conversation with. This customer treatment is absolutely the issue with most big corporations. I've been thinking about switching to another carrier as it seems when even trying to work with Verizon I need to clear obstacles of automated service just to have a chat with a real person. This is terrible and as a veteran I can tell you I have only stuck with you because I've had Verizon for years but this might be the last straw. I really need to speak with someone directly please.

dealing with the same issue- and it is supper annoying considering they charge you a monthly admin fee and you are not able to talk to anyone that does any admin work

All day I've been dealing with this issue, not the first time. I just don't understand, Verizon is suppose to be among the top cell phone providers. I'm really about to leave to another company. Terrible customer service. I even went to a physical store and they could not help at all. So upset

Why is this happening? I jus keep getting sent the link to do stuff online. I don’t want to do online. What’s the point in having live agents if they’re always unavailable? This is ridiculous.

Yea same exact thing this morning.. my service interrupted and the robot that texts you tells you like 2 different numbers to call but it doesn't work when my service is already interrupted lol just keep getting there is no live service representatives to answer your call.. literally have never had this problem until today lol very very annoying
