I transferred my unlocked pixel pro 6 from google fi to Verizon on 7/1/22. I have not received the july update that was released 12 days ago. my wife also transferred her pixel 4a from google fi and received the update on 7/5/22.
I can't sideload because I only have a chromebook with me and there is a known problem with the linux implementation that doesn't allow an ADB connection.
any suggestions?

Well, I got the second july update two weeks after it was released. I decided not to wait for an ota for android 13 and sideloaded it.
I did learn that it was very easy to use the chromebook to sideload ota's. just open a linux and plug the phone in. you'll be prompted to connect the phone to linux just agree. the rest works like any other adb set up.
