one of my phone contacts no longer has their name appear when texting and when I try to add the person back to contacts, their phone number has a +593 added as a prefix. I correct it and save, but it keeps adding the +593 back. so the phone does find a contact name with that incorrect phone number
Hello CATOADKID. We know the importance of being able to store your phone contacts successfully. Let's take a look into this. What is the model number of your Google Pixel? Which text messaging application are you using when this issue happens? Also, have you attempted to fully remove the contact number and re-add it to your phone?
