Yesterday my phone was working and went to answer a call and nothing on my screen and it’s been black screen ever since .. help? Just got this phone with no insurance.. how do I fix this problem?
I want to make sure that you can keep in touch at all times. I am sorry that you are getting a black screen on your phone. Did you drop your device? Did you download anything new on the phone? Is there any liquid damage?
