I Can't make or receive calls but can text... It also tells me to connect to wifi calling to complete my call then after about a minute that disconnects... I have the Google Pixel 3 but my wife has a Samsung phone doing the samething.

Are you only having this trouble in a specific area or is it anywhere you travel?
