Can't send or receive any MMS

On Google Pixel 2 XL (won't matter) and have another person on my plan on Note 9. Over the past several weeks I've had trouble sending and receiving MMS messages, but last night through this morning I cannot send or receive ANY MMS. I've tried multiple SMS apps and have made sure APN settings were correct, etc.

This needs to get fixed ASAP because it is very unacceptable. All of my AT&T friends have had ZERO issues like this and these Verizon issues continue to persist! On the verge of switching to AT&T very soon which is something I thought I'd never do.
