Can't switch numbers

Having trouble switching numbers on my lines between a Pixel 3 and a Samsung Galazy S21 Ultra.  I keep getting the message "We are unable to find the details in our system for this device." - both phones are activated and working, and all bills are up to date.  Any solutions?

Are the phones activated on the original lines or the lines you want associated with? If they are still on the original lines, why haven't you considered swapping the SIM cards? You will probably want to reset both phones if they are going to be used by different people so they can get their preferences on the phones instead of the other person's data.
