I have a strange problem, after updating months ago, I no longer get voicemail notifications. My voicemail disappeared. But more importantly, the phone has to be completely drained before it will charge, if not it will continuously cycle through booting up and shutting down. Only holds its charge for about half a day or less.
Which phone model do you have? Are you charging it through the USB-C port or are you charging it wirelessly?
