I keep getting a notification that my data usage is limited die to time of day or a data limit.
I I've never gotten this before and I have unlimited data, so how can it be limited?
I haven't been able to get rid of this message. How do I get it to go away?

Did you set a Data Warning limit or a Data Limit in your phone's Settings? These can be set within the phones Settings menu to give you those warnings. They can also be turned Off there.
