All settings are correct but still can not make video calls (volTe, HD calls, advance calling, etc). This is the second time this has happened and it occurs after a phone update (7.1 and Oreo)
DONROB38, these days with many of those closest to us being long distance we completely understand the importance of video calling. Just to clarify, did this work perfect before the software update? Have you tried doing this while using data and WiFi? Where does this issue occur (everywhere, indoors only, etc.)? Is the phone having any other issues?
