Jetsfan, did you order a 32GB or 128GB model? I order a Black 128 on Black Friday also and have seen no movement at all on mine yet I keep seeing people on here and reddit saying they've gotten theirs. When I ask Verizon how many orders are ahead of mine they tell me they don't have that info.
I ordered 128 can't remember which color case...there must be tremendous
demand for this phone.

I ordered the pixel xl 128gb back on Dec 1st with a ship date of Jan 13th. Called Verizon on 14th because I did not receive tracking number. They told me it hadn't shipped and would send me an email with tracking number within 24hrs. Called them today because I did not receive email. Was told that shipment may be delayed till 31st Jan OR 14Feb. This may be a Google supply problem but Verizon has handled this whole situation very badly. I have to call them to get any info and even then it's like pulling teeth. Where did customer service go? This is turning into a nightmare experience. Pay for this in full. If it wasn't for the fact that this phone is for my son, I would have cancelled this order a long time ago. Come on Verizon, pull your socks up and start taking care of your customers, we deserve far better than this.
