constantly drops my calls after several minutes into each. Never had this happen with my previous Samsung phones.

This isn't the experience that we want you to have on that device. Sorry for this inconvenience. Do you notice that you drop calls in certain places or everywhere that you go? Did anything different happen on your device? For example, did you update the software or download a new application to it?

My Google pixel is doing the same thing. My reception is awful and more spotty than ever. I've tried to reset the settings, popped out the SIM card, etc. It's still awful! I've changed nothing, and the nearest VZW store to me is 45-60min away.
My husband is having the same issues on his LG. Not sure why our reception suddenly tanked, but it's beyond frustrating.
Tdcrawley, we never like hear that you have come across service issues. May I ask when you first noticed issues? Where are you seeing this occur (zip code)? Does it happen indoors or outdoors?
