No service when we go to land in Gleason Wisconsin. Must drive a mile to get service. Worked with IT twice sitting on roadway for upwards of half hour plus with no resolution. Scary to not be able to receive messages or calls or to make them every weekend. Only started with purchase of Pixel pho. No issues with prior Verizon phone. I have seven months left til phone paid off. I have always been with Verizon but will need to change to the carrier of family and friends that have service when visiting.😕
It is alarming to see that you are having trouble with your service in your area, Grammadynomite. Being able to stay connected is essential. What service signal are you usually receiving in your area 4G LTE, 3G or 1x? Do you know of other customers that are having similar issues? GeorginaG_VZW
not every phone will produce the same service.
pay for internet + add wi-fi & your problems will be over.
