This problem has still not been resolved as far as I can tell.
Why are photos being turned 90° when sent in Message+ ? It never used to happen, but I've noticed it now in the last couple of months. The photos are correctly oriented when I select them, but once they're sent they're rotated.
I saw this thread from 3 years ago with no solution from Verizon. Is there an answer now? Sure hope so.
We understand the importance of having your pictures sent properly. We are happy to assist you in any way possible. Do you have the latest version of Messages+? What type of phone do you have?
This is an issue that is not being addressed. There are several coversations discussing this.
What happens when you go to your gallery and share it? Is the picture oriented properly then?
