Had to replace my son's phone due to liquid damage. Received new SIM and isurance phone from Ausurion but the phone only shows LTE and we are in a 5G area. Why is that?
Have you checked the SIM card to verify it is a 5G SIM card? I believe there is a difference between a 4G SIM card and a 5G SIM even if it is only in how they are labeled.

Mpeter71, making sure I have access to 5G on my replacement device is vital. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me some details on how far do you have to travel before connecting to 5G? Also, confirm for me what software is currently running on the new device?
