Pixel 6 not getting 5G

Hi,

I just activated my new Pixel 6 today and despite being in a 5G covered location (Boston MA), I'm only getting LTE everywhere. I have a 5G supported plan and data roaming + 5G preferred are both set in my settings. I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my account maybe that is preventing the phone from using it?

Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out today. I do want to make sure that your new Pixel 6 is working without any issues. With the new device, are you using a SIM Card that you had before, a new SIM Card, or the eSIM in the device?
