The link you provided states the update was released on 12/16 but it's still not being pushed to phones.

...and now it's Dec 30th and the Pixel 6 Pro December update is still not available. Disappointing. 😡

Google pulled the update. Not Verizon Wireless. Google. See the link below for why.

The pulled updates will affect T-Mobile customers too.
