The CDMA network is being retired and converted to an LTE network.

The Mobile Hotspot is the feature that I rely on the most. That said, I'd be happy to help you figure this out. Where are you located (city, state)? Are you having any trouble using the other features (calls, texts, data)? Have you made any changes to your account recently?
