Why do I keep getting this message??"Recipient has insufficient funds to receive message."

I have UNLIMITED DATA. Like many people, I pay A LOT of $$$$ to Verizon every month for unlimited data, making this even more frustrating. Why are messages being prevented from delivering to me?

I'm receiving this message "Recipient has insufficient funds to receive message." when someone tries to send me a text or picture.

Why does it keep happening?? I've had the same problem for 2 weeks now.

No I'm not. Im using the Samsung one. I can't receive calls from that certain person texts. Its pretty annoying frustrating and disappointing. I'm starting to consider switching companies
