Why would a contact show as Restricted Number when they call my phone?

I completely understand wanting to know who is calling. We're glad to help. If a number shows up as restricted, it is because they have set their privacy preferences on their account to do so. This will happen even if you have them listed in your contact list. We hope this helps.
