I have great service on my WiFi, but when I go to town, I get LTE and can't do anything. I can't check my camera, I can pull up Facebook, but I can't get any pictures or video. What can I do to improve this situation?

Wi-Fi is a great way to ensure you a solid connection when indoors, but it is alarming to hear you are experiencing this issue when you go to town. Please tell me more. What is the zip code of the town in question? When did this begin? Lastly, do others with Verizon service experience the same thing?
