Why do i keep getting kicked back to beginning of process when trying to switch to a pixel phone with a regular plan

I'm trying to get a pixel phone. I am currently a prepaid verizon plan customer. I want a pixel xl blue phone on a regular contract plan. when I attempt to do this , I get kicked back to home menu. I would like to know why

You might want to contact the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 or the regular customer service at 1-800-922-0204 to start the process of switching your prepaid account to a postpaid account.
