Wrong time zone

Ever since the time change my phone (Google Pixel 2) and my wife's phone (Moto z force) are displaying the wrong time, 1 hour behind. In the settings in the phones it shows the network time zone is mountain time. We live in Eau Claire Wisconsin. When I travel across town to work, my phone updates to the correct time and time zone. I believe you have issues with network time on some of your towers.
