I tried on the app, on the website, through some 3rd party that I found questionable via your support rep, and even when I call in. This is the message I get when I try to update my payment.

I have been a long time user and came back to you, last year I believe, after trying att for a few years. This is terrible service. As much as I prefer your service I may have to go back to att. I cannot have something so simple become a big headache if I forget to add a new card before the end of the month. Any link gets me nowhere and the rep advised me to buy a prepaid card or go the vz store. Why?
