I wonder if anyone has fixed this issue. It just the notifications that are the issue. No long press or anything else helps.
We definitely want to make sure that you experience the best possible service at all times. Please tell us, does this happen during specific times of the day? Is this impacting multiple devices? Could you please power off your device for 2 minutes and power it back on? Please inform us of the outcome.
