why no 128GB Pixel XL Blue?

I've been stalking the "leaks" and waiting for the big reveal, the blue color is my jam but I cant seem to find out why this particular color doesn't offer a 128gb version.

Because Google chose not to make that color in a 128 GB version. Whether or not they rethink that decision is anyone's guess.
