wifi calling option not available

I have a Pixel phone and previously the WiFi calling option was available but now its not.  It used to be here:

Settings/Network & Internet/Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Preferences/Advanced/

I'm not sure when it disappeared.  What can be done to re-enable the feature?

CRACHA20, I rely on my WiFi calling a lot so not seeing it in the settings section is definitely a concern. To ensure we figure this out together please share with me when was the last time you had access to the WiFi calling feature? I also want you to make sure the software is up to date (SU 19). Once that is confirmed please power phone off remove sim card wait 30 seconds and put sim card back in and power on the device.
