Hi,

The Verizon store in rivermark plaza, santa Clara California, showed a promotional discount of 400$ on purchasing a pixel 3 xl on a monthly plan. Now that the sale is made the discount is not being applied. Reaching out to anyone from Verizon is not being helpful. There response is pathetic and disgusting. Is this overt display of cheating to make a sale typical? Any suggestions on how this can be resolved?

The only Verizon store in that shopping center is a premium retailer. You might need to reach out to the actual owners to resolve the problem.
